Account and Data Deletion

Email info@nexusitconsultants.com from the address associated with the guardian account.

Include only your name, account email, participating organization, and a clear request to delete the account and review associated data. Do not send passwords, invitation links, QR codes, identification documents, medical information, or detailed child records.

• Nexus or the participating organization may ask for limited additional information to verify identity and authority.
• Access can be disabled while the request is reviewed when appropriate.
• The account and eligible associated information will be deleted or de-identified from active systems.
• Nexus will acknowledge the request and explain the expected completion timing after identity and organization responsibilities are confirmed.
• You will receive a response explaining completion or any information that must be retained.

Some attendance, pickup, authorization, consent, safety, security, transaction, backup, or audit records may need to remain for the participating organization's responsibilities, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, or applicable law. Retained information remains restricted and is not kept for unrelated advertising.

Uninstalling Right on Time Parent removes the app from the device but does not by itself delete server records. Use the request process above when account or server-data deletion is desired.
