Terms of Use

You may use Right on Time only through a valid invitation or authorization from a participating school or childcare organization and only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and device, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Right on Time supports organization-defined drop-off, pickup, guardian verification, communication, and recordkeeping. It does not replace staff judgment, custody documents, identity procedures, emergency services, or the participating organization's legal and safety responsibilities.

A QR pass, notification, arrival notice, or app status does not by itself require an organization to release a child. Staff must follow the organization's current authorization and safety procedures.

• Do not share invitations, passwords, rotating passes, or another person's account.
• Do not impersonate another guardian, alter records without authority, disrupt the service, test security without written authorization, or use information for an unrelated purpose.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, malicious, or unnecessary sensitive material.

Features depend on the participating organization's configuration and may change. Network, device, maintenance, or third-party failures may interrupt service. When the app is unavailable, follow the organization's alternative procedures. Nexus may suspend access needed to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Nexus and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, and software. Participating organizations and users retain their respective rights in information they lawfully provide. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and liability is limited by the applicable agreement and law.
