Safety comes first
Child Safety and Authorized Release
Right on Time supports careful school and childcare workflows; it does not replace human verification or the organization's release policy.
Organization-controlled authorization
The participating organization controls family records, guardian authorization, custody restrictions, staff roles, and the final decision to release a child. Guardians should promptly report legal, custody, contact, or authorization changes directly to that organization.
Layered verification
- Rotating guardian credentials reduce reliance on reusable screenshots or static codes.
- Staff can confirm the selected child, active visit, authorization record, and available guardian information before release.
- Exceptional or phone-unavailable pickup paths require elevated staff review and documented identity checks according to organization policy.
- Audit records support later review of important access, drop-off, pickup, and authorization actions.
Guardian responsibilities
- Keep the account, phone, invitation links, and rotating pass private.
- Report a lost, stolen, replaced, or compromised device immediately.
- Review the children selected for each visit and notify the organization of incorrect records.
- Use the organization's direct contact or emergency procedure when the app or network is unavailable.
No automatic release decision
The app assists staff; it does not autonomously decide that a child is safe to release. A successful scan or visible authorization is one part of the organization's process. Staff remain responsible for resolving mismatches, warnings, custody concerns, and unusual circumstances before a child leaves.
Report a concern
For an immediate concern, contact the participating organization or emergency services. Technical or security concerns about Right on Time may be reported to info@nexusitconsultants.com. Do not email sensitive child details unless specifically requested through a verified support exchange.
